Chris Gordon, CEO, Sydney
After spending three years within the wealth creation industry, Chris decided to build on his previous recruitment experience and re-joined the industry in 2011 progressing from Consultant, Senior Consultant to Manager of the Wealth, Banking and Financial Services team for a large Australian recruitment company.
Late 2013, Chris joined a boutique recruitment business as a Senior Consultant and progressively worked to become a Director and was an integral part of growing the team from 20 to 50 staff. Chris has also recently been working with a Financial Services fintech.
However, the goal, the desire, was to start an industry leading recruitment business, invest in technology and become the number one trusted recruitment partner in Australia.

Kimberley Gordon, Director/ Founding Partner, Sydney
Kim completed a Bachelor in Human Resources and Industrial Relations in New Zealand. In 2013 Kim relocated to Australia where she started her career in recruitment within a large Australian recruitment company as a Consultant within Wealth, Banking and Financial Services team.
In 2014, Kim joined a boutique recruitment business as a Consultant where she progressed her career into a Director role managing the Wealth Management, Banking and Lending division.
Kim has over 10 years recruitment experience with great success across Financial Planning, Risk and Compliance, Super, Insurance as well as Banking and Lending sectors.

Pierre Kraft, Advisory Board Member
Pierre has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having held a range of roles, including CEO/Partner and Executive Chairman, in both financial advice, accounting and superannuation. He has worked for organisations, including Aon, NAB/MLC and Countplus.
Pierre is currently an adviser and consultant to a variety of wealth organisations, including global insurance groups, fund managers, banks, technology companies, mid to large financial planning and private equity firms.
His current roles include, Advisory Board member and CEO of King Financial Group, Head of strategy and distribution for Loftus Peak, a disruption fund manager, Advisory Board member for Fintech, Worksorted and strategic consultant to Post-Production Film company, Spectrum Films.
From an education perspective, he has a Master’s in Business (advanced), is a Fellow CPA, Certified Financial Planner, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Bachelor of Business, Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and has attained the Diploma in Financial Planning.
Nicola Barrett, Director - Accounting and Finance, Sydney
Nicola comes from a HR background having worked in Merrill Lynch in London specialising in Investment banking. In 2007, Nicola commenced her career in recruitment within a boutique Australian recruitment company as a consultant focusing on the financial services and commercial sectors.
Over the 17 years of specialising in accounting & finance in Sydney, Nicola has had great success across the finance verticals covering both transactional and qualified positions.
